During 2018 ECAD made the decision to help their clients by providing capable engineering resource to assist in delivering there capex projects. The first worker engineer started in August 2018, their twentieth worker engineer started in August 2019.

In addition to ECAD business ethics contracts with client and ECAD workers comes with no restrictions, e.g. if it is to the advantage of the client that they want employ the ECAD worker direct then there is no restriction.
